Description

This has to be one of the most touching pieces I have carved as far as the inspiration behind it goes.

I am usually inspired to include some kind of humour – black or otherwise! – but this lovely Koala doesn’t need it, you just need to know the story of how a very dear friend of ours finally found her birth mum.

The full story and hidden secrets are included on the story card inside this cute Koala piece.

He also has a bandage on one arm as I began carving this shortly after the terrible fires in Australia ravaged the Koala’s habitat.

I have hand-painted each one of these pieces myself – a truly artistic creation.
